These Terms & Conditions govern your use of kkfbk. By accessing the platform you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below.

Agreement to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and kkfbk ("kkfbk", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager on kkfbk, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the kkfbk platform.
kkfbk reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of kkfbk following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. The current version of these Terms is always available on this page.

By using this platform you confirm that you meet this age requirement. kkfbk reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where this requirement is not met. Fair Use
The platform may only be used for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming. Use of bots, automated tools, or any system that gives an unfair advantage is strictly forbidden.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Minimum deposit ৳200 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used to deposit.
Bonus Terms
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonuses must be activated before their stated expiry date. Misuse of bonuses may result in forfeiture.
Eligibility and Account Registration
1.1
Age Eligibility
To register and use kkfbk you must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement applies to all players in Bangladesh without exception, including those in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. kkfbk may at any time request documentary evidence of age (such as a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate). If a player is found to be under 21, their account will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be voided, and any remaining balance will be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
1.2
Account Registration
Each individual may register only one account with kkfbk. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration, including your legal name and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You must not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account. kkfbk reserves the right to refuse registration at its sole discretion and without providing reasons.
1.3
Account Security and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was carried out by you or by a third party who gained access to your credentials. You must notify kkfbk immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account by contacting our support team via the email address listed in the footer of this page.
1.4
Closure and Suspension
kkfbk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the player is under 21; (b) the player has provided false or misleading information; (c) the player has engaged in fraudulent, collusive, or abusive behaviour; (d) the player has breached these Terms; or (e) kkfbk is required to do so by applicable law or regulation. In cases of fraud or terms breach, kkfbk may void any outstanding bets and confiscate the account balance.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
2.1
Deposits
All deposits to your kkfbk account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳200. kkfbk does not accept cash deposits, third-party deposits, or deposits made using funds that are derived from criminal or unlawful activity. kkfbk reserves the right to reject any deposit and to return funds to the source payment method if the deposit does not comply with these Terms.
2.2
Withdrawals
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used to make your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. kkfbk processes withdrawal requests within one to three business days, subject to identity verification. kkfbk reserves the right to request KYC documentation — including a copy of your national ID card and proof of your registered mobile number — before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if your account is under review for suspicious activity.
2.3
Currency
All transactions on kkfbk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Displayed amounts use the ৳ symbol. kkfbk does not accept deposits in foreign currency. Any currency conversion costs arising from the use of an international payment card are solely the player's responsibility. kkfbk is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations affecting the value of your account balance.
Anti-Money Laundering
kkfbk is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. kkfbk may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required under applicable law. Players must not use kkfbk to launder funds. Any account found to be engaged in money laundering activity will be immediately suspended and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.
Bonuses and Promotions
3.1
Eligibility and Activation
All bonuses and promotions offered by kkfbk are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. To be eligible for a bonus, you must have a verified kkfbk account and meet any minimum deposit requirements stated in the promotional terms. Bonuses must be activated before their stated expiry date; expired bonuses are forfeited. kkfbk reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
3.2
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual bonus terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each bonus. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the stated time results in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
3.3
Bonus Abuse
kkfbk actively monitors bonus usage. Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play between accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will have their bonus balances voided, their account suspended, and any winnings derived from the abuse confiscated. kkfbk's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.
Responsible Gaming and Prohibited Conduct
4.1
Responsible Gaming Tools
kkfbk is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming tools via their account settings at any time: deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly); session time reminders; cooling-off periods (temporary self-exclusion from 24 hours to 30 days); and permanent self-exclusion. kkfbk encourages any player who believes their gambling is becoming a problem to make use of these tools immediately. Players who self-exclude will not be able to reverse the exclusion during the specified period.
4.2
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kkfbk and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities: (a) use of the platform while under 21 years of age; (b) use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts; (c) collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes; (d) chip-dumping or any form of deliberate fund transfer between accounts; (e) fraud, money laundering, or any criminal activity; (f) chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits; (g) exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities; and (h) any conduct that kkfbk reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform.
4.3
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to self-exclude from kkfbk may do so by accessing the responsible gaming section of their account settings or by contacting our support team via the email address in the footer of this page. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours. During the self-exclusion period, the player will not be able to access their account, place bets, or receive promotional communications from kkfbk. kkfbk will make all reasonable efforts to ensure marketing is not directed to self-excluded players.
Intellectual Property, Liability, and Amendments
5.1
Intellectual Property
All content on the kkfbk platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and game interfaces — is the property of kkfbk or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content on kkfbk without our express written permission. Unauthorised use of kkfbk content may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
5.2
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kkfbk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. kkfbk does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of kk fbk is at your own risk.
5.3
Amendments to These Terms
kkfbk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where a change is material, kkfbk will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered users via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of kkfbk following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account.
5.4
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to kkfbk's operations. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be referred to kkfbk's customer support team for resolution. kkfbk will endeavour to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a written complaint. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
